1. Introduction

This Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges of shipping containers purchased through WRNNT, an online store specializing in standard (10’, 20’, 40’, 45’) and modified containers (e.g., homes, offices, shops). WRNNT is committed to customer satisfaction and uses wrnnt.com for secure payment processing to ensure safe, transparent transactions. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, which supplements our Terms of Service, Payment Terms and Conditions, and Shipping Policy.

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with the revised date, and continued use implies acceptance. Contact us at support@wrnnt.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are eligible under the following conditions due to the specialized nature of shipping containers:

  • Condition: Containers must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered (e.g., no modifications, alterations, or wear beyond inspection).
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery for standard containers and 45 calendar days for modified containers, due to their customized nature.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email) are required.
  • Inspection: Containers must pass a return inspection by WRNNT or our logistics partner to confirm eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Containers used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Containers purchased “as-is” or marked non-returnable at checkout.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact WRNNT: Within the eligible timeframe (30 days for standard, 45 days for modified), email support@wrnnt.com or use the customer portal on wrnnt.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the container’s condition.
  2. Return Approval: WRNNT will review your request within 3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  3. Inspection: Arrange for an on-site inspection by WRNNT’s logistics partner, if required, to verify condition. Inspection fees (up to $200) may apply, refundable if the return is approved.
  4. Return Shipping: If approved, WRNNT will coordinate return shipping via our logistics partners. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to WRNNT’s error (e.g., wrong or defective container).
  5. Container Preparation: Ensure the container is empty, secure, and accessible for pickup, meeting the same site preparation requirements as delivery (see Shipping Policy, Section 3).

4. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued for approved returns once the container is received and inspected at our depot. Refunds cover the container purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, unless due to WRNNT’s error.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed via wrnnt.com to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the container. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Deductions: A restocking fee (10–20% of the container price) applies to returns not due to WRNNT’s error. Additional fees may apply for:
    • Inspection costs, if not refunded.
    • Damage or wear discovered during inspection.
    • Non-compliance with return preparation requirements.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original delivery fees, taxes, and additional services (e.g., equipment rental) are non-refundable unless WRNNT is at fault.

5. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders may be canceled before dispatch via support@wrnnt.com or the customer portal on wrnnt.com with a full refund of the purchase price and delivery fees, processed within 3–5 business days.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations after dispatch but before delivery incur a restocking fee (10–20% of the container price) and incurred shipping costs. Contact support@wrnnt.com or the customer portal immediately to initiate.
  • Post-Delivery: Cancellations after delivery are treated as returns, subject to Sections 3 and 4.

6. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect containers within 30 days for standard and 45 days for modified containers. Exchanges for other reasons are subject to approval and treated as a return followed by a new purchase.
  • Process: Contact support@wrnnt.com or use the customer portal on wrnnt.com with your order number and issue details. If approved, WRNNT will arrange return and delivery of the replacement. Customers cover return and new delivery costs unless WRNNT is at fault.
  • Condition: Replacement containers are subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund or credit may be offered.

7. International Orders

  • Returns: Containers delivered internationally can be returned; however, customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and additional costs (e.g., port fees). Returns must meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 and follow the process in Section 3.
  • Cancellations: International orders may be canceled before dispatch with a full refund. Post-dispatch cancellations incur restocking and shipping fees.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are limited and subject to logistics feasibility. Contact WRNNT for case-by-case evaluation.

8. Defective or Incorrect Containers

If a container is delivered defective (e.g., structural damage affecting functionality) or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or type), WRNNT will cover return shipping and inspection costs. Customers must:

  • Report the issue within 72 hours of delivery to support@wrnnt.com or via the customer portal on wrnnt.com with photos and a detailed description.
  • Allow inspection by our logistics partner, if required.
  • Receive a replacement or full refund (including delivery fees) upon verification, processed within 5–10 business days.

9. Security and Payment Processing

Payments are processed on wrnnt.com (PCI DSS Level 1, AES-256 encryption, tokenization, Radar fraud detection). Refunds are securely processed to the original payment method. See Payment Terms and Conditions for details.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRNNT and its logistics partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Our liability is limited to the container purchase price or delivery cost, whichever is lower.

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Fort Lauderdale, State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
