This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to shipping containers purchased through WRNNT, an online store specializing in standard (10’, 20’, 40’, 45’) and modified containers (e.g., homes, offices, shops). All payments and refunds are processed securely via wrnnt.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, which supplements our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Payment Policy.

2. Eligibility and Conditions

Refunds are available under the following conditions due to the specialized nature of shipping containers:

  • 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of delivery for standard containers, provided they meet the return conditions below. Modified containers are eligible for refunds within 45 calendar days due to their customized nature.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Containers must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered (e.g., no modifications, alterations, or wear beyond inspection).
    • A valid order number and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email) are required.
    • Containers must pass a return inspection by WRNNT or our logistics partner to confirm eligibility.
  • Refundable Scenarios:
    • Defective Containers: Structural damage affecting functionality (e.g., compromised integrity, non-functional doors).
    • Damaged Containers: Damage incurred during delivery (e.g., dents, scratches not present at dispatch).
    • Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders: Wrong size, type, or configuration delivered (e.g., 20’ instead of 40’ container).
    • Eligible Cancellations: Orders canceled before dispatch or, if approved, after dispatch but before delivery (see Section 5).
  • International Orders: Containers delivered internationally are eligible for refunds, but customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and additional costs (e.g., port fees).

Exclusions:

  • Used containers or those modified/damaged after delivery.
  • Containers purchased “as-is” or marked non-returnable at checkout.
  • Original delivery fees, taxes, and additional services (e.g., equipment rental) unless due to WRNNT’s error.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact WRNNT: Within 30 days for standard containers or 45 days for modified containers, email support@wrnnt.com or submit your request through the customer portal on wrnnt.com for faster service. Include your order number, reason for refund (e.g., defective, damaged, incorrect, or satisfaction guarantee), and photos of the container’s condition.
  2. Return Approval: WRNNT will review your request within 3 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Refunds will not be processed without an RMA.
  3. Inspection: Arrange for an on-site inspection by WRNNT’s logistics partner, if required, to verify condition. Inspection fees (up to $200) may apply, refundable if the refund is approved.
  4. Return Shipping: If approved, WRNNT will coordinate return shipping via our logistics partners. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to WRNNT’s error (e.g., defective or incorrect container). Containers must be empty, secure, and accessible, meeting the site preparation requirements in the Shipping Policy (Section 3).
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds are initiated via wrnnt.com within 2–3 business days of receiving and verifying the returned container’s condition. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days total).

4. Refund Payment Options

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, wire transfer) used at checkout.
  • Store Credit: Refunds may be issued as store credit for a replacement container or future purchase on wrnnt.com.
  • Deductions: A restocking fee (10–20% of the container price) applies to refunds not due to WRNNT’s error. Additional fees may apply for:
    • Inspection costs, if not refunded.
    • Damage or wear discovered during inspection.
    • Non-compliance with return preparation requirements.

5. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders canceled before dispatch via support@wrnnt.com or the customer portal on wrnnt.com receive a full refund of the purchase price and delivery fees, processed within 3–5 business days.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations after dispatch but before delivery incur a restocking fee (10–20% of the container price) and incurred shipping costs. Contact support@wrnnt.com or the customer portal immediately to initiate.
  • Post-Delivery: Cancellations after delivery are treated as refunds, subject to Sections 3 and 4.

6. Defective or Incorrect Containers

If a container is delivered defective (e.g., structural damage affecting functionality) or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or type), WRNNT will cover return shipping and inspection costs. Customers must:

  • Report the issue within 72 hours of delivery to support@wrnnt.com or via the customer portal on wrnnt.com with photos and a detailed description.
  • Allow inspection by our logistics partner, if required.
  • Receive a replacement or full refund (including delivery fees) upon verification, processed within 2–3 business days of inspection.

7. International Orders

  • Refunds: International containers are eligible for refunds within 30 days for standard and 45 days for modified containers, but customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and additional costs (e.g., port fees). Refunds follow the process in Section 3.
  • Cancellations: International orders canceled before dispatch receive a full refund. Post-dispatch cancellations incur restocking and shipping fees.

8. Security and Payment Processing

Refunds and payments are processed on wrnnt.com (PCI DSS Level 1, AES-256 encryption, tokenization, Radar fraud detection). Refunds are securely issued to the original payment method or as store credit. See Payment Policy for details.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRNNT and its logistics partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from refunds or cancellations. Our liability is limited to the container purchase price or delivery cost, whichever is lower.

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Fort Lauderdale, State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
